I thought using the chat service was the most efficient in this excercise. This was mainly due to its incredibly fast rate.I didn't like using SMS because it costs money & it takes longer to type out sometimes.I didn't like using email because again there can be a wait & sometimes there might be problems whilst sending, also you would have to constantly refresh the page to see if the email has turned up or not.
